We are instructed by the Court Appointed Receivers to invite best and final unconditional offers by 12 noon on Friday 8 September 2017.



Offers are to be addressed for the attention of either Robert Taylor, Stephens McBride, or Jonathan Brownlow, Wignall Brownlow and may be sent by email.



Offers should also be:



1. For a fixed sum, preferably for an uneven amount in order to avoid the submission of identical bids.



2. Confirm your ability to proceed as our client wishes to achieve exchange of contracts within 5 working days of acceptance, with completion within 15 working days thereafter.

3. State the identity of the solicitor who will represent you in the purchase.



4. You must provide proof of funding to demonstrate you have cleared funds available to complete the transaction. The Receivers reserve the right to disregard any bids received without satisfactory proof of funding.



Please note that escalating bids and bids made by reference to any other offer received will not be entertained. The Vendor does not undertake to proceed with the highest or indeed any offer received.



On exchange of contracts 10% of the purchase price will be required by way of a non returnable deposit.
