We do not have a site survey, or any transferable warranties, however, we will enable access for interested parties to undertake their own due diligence, subject to the provision of the appropriate paperwork from your Consultants, should you require to undertake any Intrusive testing.

Amicus Finance Plc (in administration) has appointed the Receivers and their intention is to complete the sale as Mortgagee, to over-reach any subsequent interests and transfer an unencumbered freehold title.

Expressions of interest and subsequent unconditional offers are invited, subject to contract and our intention is to set a deadline for best and final funded offers in due course.

We will endeavor to facilitate site access, however, this may be restricted if the Government imposes further restrictions on movement.

You will appreciate, we are not yet in a position to set a date for best and final offers, due to the wider issues we are facing, however, offer requirements will be circulated in due course.
