HILL TOP RISE LIMITED FIXED CHARGE RECEIVERS APPOINTED
Development at Hill Top Rise, Low Hill, Liverpool, L6 1EJ

We are instructed by the Fixed Charge Receivers to invite best and final unconditional offers by 12 noon on Monday 27 April 2020, for the unencumbered Freehold interest in the above property.

Offers are to be addressed for the attention of either Jonathan Brownlow at Wignall Brownlow, or Alex Isles at JLL and may be sent by email.

Offers should:

1. Confirm the identity of the purchasing entity and provide details of the Company Registration.

2. Be for a fixed sum, preferably for an uneven amount in order to avoid the submission of identical bids.

3. Advise your proposed timetable for acquisition and whether you will be prepared to enter in to an Exclusivity Agreement, subject to the payment of a non returnable Exclusivity Fee, to be agreed between the parties.

The purpose of the Exclusivity Agreement is to secure the site at the purchase price for an agreed period. The Exclusivity Agreement will include provision for extension, in the event the legal process has not been concluded because of unforeseen legal circumstances.

4. State the identity of the solicitor who will represent you in the purchase.

5. Provide written proof of funding to demonstrate you have cleared funds and/or third party funding in place to complete the transaction.

Please note that escalating bids and bids made by reference to any other offer received will not be entertained. The Receivers do not undertake to proceed with the highest or indeed any offer received.
